Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage the weekend payment cycle to ensure timely vendor settlements.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and audit records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting is a plus.
