Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies or exceptions promptly.
- Manage the AP general ledger accounts and ensure accurate coding of expenses.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/bi-weekly payment batches.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Must be available to work a weekend schedule (typically Friday – Sunday).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
