In this role, you will take ownership of our accounts payable operations, ensuring that vendor transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers a quiet, focused schedule away from the Monday-Friday rush.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Receive, code, and process high volumes of invoices from vendors with 100% accuracy.
- ERP Management: Input data into our accounting software (Oracle/SAP) and maintain accurate digital records.
- Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and review weekly aging reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of error-free data entry.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
