Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices with 100% accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiries.
- Prepare weekly payment batches for approval and ensure timely processing.
- Assist in the month-end close process and general ledger reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
