Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Enter and maintain data in accounting software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred).
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and audit trails for all financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and accurately during the weekend shift.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
