Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for payment accuracy
- Manage accounts payable ledger and reconcile statements
- Coordinate with procurement for invoice discrepancies
- Execute electronic payments and wire transfers
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Adhere to SOX compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
