Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Utilize AP software to update and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice status, queries, and payment schedules.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure financial reports are accurate.
- Prepare and review expense reports and check requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and AP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of data entry with 100% accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
