Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and timely payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation in compliance with SOX requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and departments to resolve payment inquiries and disputes
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting initiatives
- Optimize AP processes through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
