Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with exceptional accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Optimize payment cycles using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for strategic vendor management
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger accounts
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven experience with weekend shift operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- SAP or Oracle implementation experience
