Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization.
- Process payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check within the designated weekend window.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and payment status.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
