In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts. You will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorization.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage the weekly AP run cycle, ensuring all payments are issued by the deadline.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice issues and payment inquiries.
- Maintain the AP general ledger and ensure all supporting documentation is organized.
- Assist in month-end close procedures as required.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) to track financial data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate degree or certificate in Accounting or Finance preferred.
