Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audit readiness
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless financial operations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice verification and payment processing
- Prepare weekly/monthly AP reports for financial analysis
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication abilities for vendor stakeholder management
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-3pm PST)
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing preferred
