- Process high-volume invoices with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Execute ACH/wire transfers and manage payment schedules
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice discrepancies
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
