Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process improvements
- Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
