Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Execute timely weekend check runs and electronic payment processing
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones for urgent payment needs
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and audit trails
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
