Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions (200+ invoices weekly) with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLA
- Execute weekend check runs and ACH/EFT payments
- Maintain updated vendor master records and payment terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Document process improvements for weekend workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing (>500/month)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations
