Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement teams on payment terms and discounts
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support audits
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Experience with 3-way matching and international payments
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
