- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
