Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process high volumes of invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.
- Maintain and update the vendor master database with current banking and contact information.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end close procedures and ad-hoc reporting.
- Process employee expense reports and travel reimbursements within policy guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
