- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Perform month-end close activities including reconciliations and accruals
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and audit teams for compliance
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Certification (AP, CAPP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
