- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Implement process improvements reducing payment cycle time by 15%+
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and AP automation tools
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
