Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage electronic payments and maintain vendor payment records
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones during night shift hours
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for financial reporting and analytics
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with remote work tools and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP certification (e.g., CAPP) a plus
