Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment (100+ daily)
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain vendor relationship records
- Conduct 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger accounts
- Generate AP reports and analyze spending trends for optimization
- Collaborate with audit teams during quarterly financial reviews
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
