Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and payment runs
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly AP reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
