Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, matching them against purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check, adhering to strict payment terms.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for all AP transactions and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries.
- Assist in month-end close processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
- Proven experience working in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
