Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all payments are made on time.
- Communicate proactively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and status updates.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures by providing accurate data.
- Perform internal audits and maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shift hours.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
