Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage payment cycles including check runs and ACH processing
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital/physical documentation for audits
- Support AP automation initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with 1099 vendor management and tax compliance
