Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage payment cycles for 500+ vendors using SAP/Oracle systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for audit trails
- Train night shift AP associates on updated processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/pivot tables)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM) required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
