Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform strict matching of Purchase Orders (PO) to invoices to prevent overpayments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry into ERP and accounting systems.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoice status and questions.
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
