Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage electronic invoice processing system (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with global teams for cross-functional payment approvals
- Generate monthly AP reports and financial analytics
- Optimize payment processing workflows for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
