Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Optimize AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial review
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Night shift availability (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
