Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to optimize payment cycles
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and reporting
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPP) a plus
