Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Execute ACH/wire payments and maintain payment schedules
- Collaborate with international teams during AP month-end close
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for transaction processing
- Prepare AP analytics reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Expertise in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accounts Payable certification (CAPP) preferred
