Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within 30-day terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for PO-based transactions
- Maintain accurate AP ledger records in Oracle ERP system
- Coordinate with international vendors across multiple time zones
- Prepare weekly AP reports for finance leadership review
- Assist with month-end closing activities and accruals
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice cycle time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
