Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Manage payment cycles and ensure timely disbursement to 500+ vendors
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and support audits
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- AP certification preferred (CAPP/CERP)
