Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions nightly
- Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH transfers
- Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain payment records
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
