- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice processing and payment terms
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
- Support month-end closing processes
- Train new team members on AP procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
