Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions in SAP/Oracle systems
- Perform 3-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate aging reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies
- Support audits by providing documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
