Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the AP workflow, including payment runs and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update vendor master files and tax documentation.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and terms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
