Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and expense reports with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize payment terms and discounts
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment inquiries
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
