Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume invoices with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain the AP ledger, ensuring all entries are posted correctly to the general ledger.
- Communicate proactively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare and audit supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in an urgent hiring environment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
