Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including resolving billing discrepancies and inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) to track expenses.
- Review and approve expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and AP software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
