Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the full AP lifecycle, including coding, batching, and payment processing.
- Utilize SAP or Oracle systems to update ledger accounts and generate reports.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) is required.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
