Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process, verify, and code high-volume invoices for payment in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and AP sub-ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
