We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full-cycle AP process, including data entry and payment processing.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain and organize AP files and records both physically and digitally.
- Assist in month-end close processes and prepare necessary financial reports.
- Utilize AP software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to manage workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Proficiency with AP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
