- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage payment processing including ACH and wire transfers
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on invoice approvals
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Conduct month-end closing tasks and reporting
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
