- Process and verify vendor invoices with 100% accuracy
- Manage payment cycles and reconcile accounts payable ledger
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

- Support month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
