Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and approve invoices for payment.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
