Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment within vendor terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams for payment approvals
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support month-end closing activities and AP reporting
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
