Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage the accounts payable system, including data entry and reporting.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain and update the vendor master file.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
